Due to the custom nature of our IT consultancy, server administration, and Moodle LMS development, any billable hours already executed and delivered are strictly non-refundable. Upfront deposits for major architectural projects are non-refundable once development has commenced.
For subscriptions to our AI-driven exam preparation portals, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new users, provided the platform has not been heavily utilised (e.g., extensive generation of AI models or completion of multiple past papers). After 14 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your ongoing software subscriptions or retainer contracts at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the billing period concludes.
